What can I expect out of this qualification?
Bachelor of Construction (Honours) graduates will have research knowledge, specifically the ability to design and undertake a project under supervision, and to report this in an appropriate way, with discipline specific competencies in their discipline area of Construction Management or Quantity Surveying gained from their Bachelor of Construction programme. Graduates are able to apply the importance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Maori as tangata whenua, to the New Zealand construction industry. They also recognise that New Zealand is a Pacific nation, and have the knowledge and skills to operate locally, in the Pacific region, and internationally.

Admission to the Bachelor of Construction (Honours) requires that the candidate meet the University admission requirements as specified; and have been awarded or qualified for a construction-related Bachelors Degree, having achieved a B+ grade average from the majoring courses of the intended subject, or equivalent.
