MOrgPsych graduates will have developed an advanced set of research-informed knowledge, skills, abilities in Organisational Psychology and the ability to apply these to new contexts in organisational settings. Graduates will be well-prepared for a range of specialist employment opportunities and careers in the broad area of Organisational Psychology.
