Domestic Applicants:
Open entry to applicants aged 17 years and over residing in New Zealand, including those in employment and those on working visas.

What can I expect out of this qualification?

The purpose of this micro-credential is to equip learners with the skills to utilise the components of digital literacy and generative AI to support operational efficiency for New Zealand's tourism and hospitality sector. Learners will apply Microsoft Office tools, including Teams and use Generative AI to support the tourism and hospitality sector. By developing digital competency, learners will be able to use technology to improve operational efficiency within their organisation.
On successful completion of this course, learners will be able to use Microsoft Office tools effectively and apply Generative AI to support operational efficiency within the tourism and hospitality sector.
