Entry requirements
Entry requirements: 40 credits NCEA Level 1 including 10 literacy credits and 10 numeracy credits.
Ākonga 20 years and older who do not hold the minimum entry requirements for the programme will be eligible to be enrolled subject to evidence of previous educational, work or life experience.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this micro-credential is to introduce ākonga to the core aptitude, skills, and attributes needed to successfully work at the entry-level, across sectors, with a focus on construction and infrastructure, using a localised, kaupapa Māori approach.
