About the course

What can I expect out of this qualification?

This micro-credential is for people who are responsible for liquor sale and supply, who require knowledge of the requirements and implications of the terms and conditions of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, and for people who are responsible for the control of licensed premises.

This LCQ equips license controllers with the knowledge and skills needed to prevent alcohol-related incidents, such as overconsumption, underage drinking, and public disturbances. This LCQ will help establishments maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patrons by enforcing responsible service practices.

This LCQ will show the learner has knowledge of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act (2012), and has the host responsibility skills to be a manager of a licensed premise. This micro-credential is required for learners to work as a manager of any licensed premise.
