Minimum requirements
- Hold a New Zealand Law Degree or overseas equivalent qualification - Be eligible to be admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand - Be a member of the judiciary OR - Have been practising in the legal profession for at least 3 years - Special admission may be granted to applicants who have not been admitted to the profession or without the relevant qualification provided they can demonstrate sufficient evidence of relevant work experience, skill, education or background knowledge of the law and demonstrate the relevance of the programme content to their work and ability to contribute to the legal landscape of Aotearoa New Zealand as a whole or specific communities upon programme completion.
