Entry requirements
This micro-credential is suitable for people who are new entrants or career changers entering the commercial fishing sector, and existing workers who would benefit from upskilling.
Learners must be eligible to undertake industry training through the Primary TITO and must be employed in the Commercial Primary Industry or Seafood Manufacturing operation, in a role that will allow the micro-credential outcomes to be met.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The overall aim of this micro-credential is to provide the commercial fishing industry with people who hold the knowledge and skills to comply with Quota Management Systems reporting and monitoring requirements when receiving fish for commercial sale within the commercial fish industry.
