About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Graduate Diploma in Conflict Resolution (GDCR) provides conflict resolution consultancy firms, as well as private sector companies, government ministries and non-for-profit organisations with capable and competent practitioners of conflict resolution who are committed Te Tiriti o Waitangi partners and informed by evidenced-based New Zealand practices with attention to relevant tikanga Māori. Graduates will be able to analyse conflict in a variety of contexts; design and carry out effective intervention processes; and reflect on their practice. Graduates will conduct themselves ethically and sustainably and advocate collaborative, integrative, culturally appropriate tikanga Māori best practice principles in law and lore in conflict management and resolution.
