What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this entry-level qualification is to provide the irrigation industry with people who have the skills and knowledge to install and maintain irrigation plant and machinery competently and safely.
Irrigators will benefit through being able to obtain well installed regulatory compliant irrigation systems which will contribute to 'irrigation good management practice' within the regulatory frameworks that underpin water use.
Graduates will be able to work as competent irrigation system installers, under limited supervision.
