About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
The aim of this programme is to build students' expertise in a creative discipline, developing their creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, collaboration and communication, which they can apply in digital technology, applied arts, design and performance occupations. It prepares students to participate in and contribute to the economic and cultural life of society, whether in New Zealand or internationally. The programme facilitates multi-disciplinary, work-focused projects and forges links with the creative arts industry.

Minimum requirements
University entry requirements or equivalent study/work experience, and evidence of suitability based on portfolio or audition, as detailed for each major. Portfolio: Digital Media, Toi Poutama, Visual Arts, Writing Audition: Music, Performing Arts International: IELTS 6.0 (no band lower than 5.5), or equivalent
