What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the New Zealand real estate industry with people who hold broad operational and technical knowledge to lead and supervise staff professionally and ethically; and can manage a real estate business to ensure compliance within the current regulatory environment.
This qualification is designed for people seeking to undertake management responsibilities in the real estate industry.
Graduates will have met the educational requirements to be a manager and, once licensed, will be able to supervise licensees under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
To be eligible for entry, learners must hold a National Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) [Ref: 1543], or the New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate (Salesperson) (Level 4) [Ref: 3111]. ], or a current, or suspended (within the last three years), Salesperson licence. The learner must also be currently gaining or have gained the required three years' work experience in real estate. They must also be in an employment arrangement in a role that will enable the learner to achieve the graduate profile outcomes. Ignite may enrol trainees working in New Zealand under work visas into this programme without being a signatory to The Education (Pastoral Care of Tertiary and International Learners) Code of Practice 2021, until 31 December 2023.
