What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification will provide the snowsport industry with self-managing ski patrollers who have the knowledge and skills to lead a patrol team to maintain and promote safety and respond to snowsport area incidents.
This qualification is designed to further supplement the snowsport and alpine knowledge of individuals who already hold an extensive level of patrol experience.
Graduates will be able to operate as independent team leaders under the general guidance of an area supervisor.
