About the course
What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification will provide New Zealand with individuals who are able to coach individuals, groups and teams for performance within a specific sport code.
Graduates can apply their sport specific knowledge and coaching skills to develop sport specific programmes that focus on skill development and performance.
Graduates will contribute to the health, cultural, social and economic wellbeing of Aotearoa New Zealand.
This qualification is not designed for coaches of high performance athletes.
