What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the fibrous plaster manufacturing industry with graduates who have achieved the practical skills and knowledge required to work unsupervised, completing fibrous plaster work to the level required of a commercially competent fibrous plaster manufacturer.
This qualification is for those intending to work in the fibrous plaster manufacturing industry, and also provides recognition of knowledge and skills for those already working in the industry.
The optional strand recognizes the knowledge and skills required of a fibrous plaster model and mould making specialist.
