The purpose of this qualification is to provide the meat industry with people who can manage the operational aspects of a meat business.
This qualification has been designed for individuals who are in the butchery industry who wish to work in operations management.
Graduates will be able to independently produce product forecasts and have the knowledge and skills to select and assess the quality of meat product.
