What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide bicycle service technicians with the knowledge and skills to operate as a bicycle mechanic within a bicycle workshop/retail environment.
Graduates will be able to work safely, under broad guidance, to industry standards for bicycle diagnosis and repairs and offer customised solutions to customers within the bicycle sales, service and repair sector.
