What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the furniture industry with people who have the skills and knowledge to provide input into workplace safety, work within furniture production systems and operate equipment efficiently under limited supervision.
This qualification is designed for people already working in the industry or people wishing to enter the industry.
The strands recognise operational skills and knowledge in either Cabinetmaking, Furniture Finishing, or Upholstery.
