What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the wine industry with people who have the advanced skills and knowledge to work in senior Cellar Hand roles in commercial wine cellar operations.
Graduates will be able to manage wine making processes, ensure winery production and quality requirements are met, and provide technical support to a commercial wine cellar operation.
