What can I expect out of this qualification?
This qualification is intended for learners of English as an additional language who can use English with some independence and wish to increase their English language proficiency for general communication.
Graduates will have the language skills required to communicate independently and with reasonable fluency and independence in most familiar situations.

Entry Requirements
Minimum requirements
Candidates who have completed the New Zealand Certificate in English Language Level 2 Or Candidates who have completed MSL placement test and are assessed at a Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) high A2 - low B1 level. Assessment to establish the CEFR level is done by a pre-entry test and pre-entry interview: the Oxford online test and/or written placement test and interview by HOD English or senior teaching staff. The Oxford test results are given a CEFR level from Oxford University Press.asdf All applicants will be required to complete an MSL Enrolment Form. All enrolled students spend two weeks in MSL Kick-Start program; teacher to gauge the student's ability and capability before confirming the enrollment and suitability of the programme to the student.
